With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, Mike has achieved remarkable success as the founding and managing partner of the Fernwood Inn, Fernwood Pizza Company, and Fernwood General Store, overseeing a dedicated team of 70+ staff. As the principal operator of these commercial properties, Mike has developed real-life expertise with commercial financing, property management and purchasing multiple commercial properties.

His professional experience extends to real estate development, where he has played a pivotal role in shaping local communities through the ownership and development of multiple infill projects. Mike is also a proficient property manager, overseeing 20+ residential units, leasing multiple commercial units and has project-managed multiple large-scale residential and commercial renovations and rezoning applications.

In the real estate realm, Mike offers his clients real world knowledge and expertise in both residential and commercial transactions. He offers a unique depth of experience with multi family rental properties and owner occupied commercial properties and the knowledge of having grown up and lived in Greater Victoria his whole life.

Mike grew up in Oak Bay and currently resides in Fairfield with his family.  He is a devoted father of three and a passionate athlete spending as much time outdoors mountain biking as possible.
